Managing Your Subscription

Getting Started

First you'll need to have an account with us. If you don't have one yet, click here to create an account. If you already have an existing order then use the same email you used for those purchases.

Log into your account and navigate to your account dashboard by clicking on in the menu. From here you'll be able to access and edit your account information and view your orders.

The Subscription Portal

From your account dashboard, click on "subscriptions". You'll see a special link that will take you to our subscription portal. 

From here you can add, remove and even swap products in your subscription. You can pause, cancel, or restart at anytime.

Modifying your subscribed products

You have the ability to add, remove, or adjust the products in your subscription at anytime.

The order will not be processed and you will not be charged until the next renewal date. You can make as many adjustments as you want up until the renewal date.  

Click on "configure" from your subscription portal. From here you'll be able to add and or remove products to your subscription.

Update your shipping & billing information

From your subscription portal's dashboard, you can update your shipping or billing information.

Any changes made on the day of your renewal may not make it through. Please contact customer support immediately should you need to update anything on the day of your renewal.

Pausing or cancelling your subscription 

You can pause, cancel, or restart your subscription at anytime.
